This service is available in your own home, in shared accommodation, or in one of our comfortable, modern housing options located throughout Melbourne and Victoria. With GNCS, you'll have access to spacious, contemporary homes and the support you need to make living with a disability easier.

Call Us or Apply Online
Please call or fill out our referral form if you are interested in starting services with us. If you would like to meet with one of our team members in person, we would happily schedule an appointment with you.
Meet with Professionals
One of our NDIS representative will call you back and set an appointment for a face-to-face meeting. The meeting is an opportunity for you to discuss the disability and the requirements that are important to you.
Determine the Goals
The third step is to discuss your goals with the NDIS representatives. The NDIS professionals will discuss with you how you want your NDIS to be designed. The plan will be created based on your needs and requirements. You can also suggest any changes to the plan.
Get Served
After establishing that you’re eligible for the NDIS and have chosen a goal and service providers, the final step is to receive support services. Once you receive support services, Aspire Community Services will continue working with you to ensure your plan meets your goals.
