Support Coordination (0132)
This program is designed for clients to get the most of their NDIS services. This usually involves a support coordinator to assist clients and their families on how their funds should be managed, as well as linking them to different service providers.
Support coordinators can also help resolve any issues that will arise, as well as managing the client’s budget and referrals.
