there are two parking spaces available in the garage designed thoughtfully with undercover access from parking to property.
Additionally, there is a lovely private, protected backyard.

Our SDA Homes put the needs of the participants first while emphasising, comfort, accessibility, design; prioritising privacy, sound proofing and robust durability throughout the home. This location provides a secure outside space where participants may relax and spend time with housemates, family, and friends.

The colour schemes of the house and the contemporary interior design gives the space a calm atmosphere. The City of Whittlesea is the third-fastest-growing municipality in Victoria and the highest population growth over the next 20 years is expected to be in Mernda, Doreen, Epping North, Wollert and Donnybrook.

The established areas will continue to grow especially Epping Central (Epping), Plenty Valley Town Centre (South Morang), Thomastown, Lalor and University Hill (Bundoora). To accommodate the growth and increasing demands on infrastructure and services, several planning schemes have been devised to deliver community facilities, including four new town centres: Aurora North, Epping; Aurora South, Epping; Epping North East; and Wollert Mernda.

Epping features strongly in these plans because it has large tracts of undeveloped land, is serviced by the South Morang train line and is close to major roads such as the Hume Freeway and Metropolitan Ring Road.

Under Plan Melbourne Epping is also nominated as a key activity and jobs centre. Epping has the Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE, the Northern Hospital and Epping Plaza shopping centre. The Northern Hospital is a 355-bed facility which employs around 3,000 people, making it the biggest local employer in Epping Central. Further expansions to make the hospital a 600-bed facility are in progress.

The Northern Centre for Health Education and Research, a partnership between Northern Health, the University of Melbourne, La Trobe University and the State and Commonwealth governments, was completed in early 2015. The $34 million Centre is designed to train an additional 900+ health professionals.
